 One-Pass Trenching is trenching while pulling a laybox and/or installing the desired utility as you go 

Our Marias ST2 machines cuts the trench, installs the cable/pipe to desired trench configuration, backfills the first lift over a built-in vibratory screener deck, and installs the warning tape/ground wire all in “one-pass” 

Requires less staff, less backfill materials being handled, less over all equipment, reduces lengthy traffic control time, and can lower restoration costs 

Trench Laybox Technology: achieves a consistent trench shape and depth throughout the entire project, with high precision not only the positioning of cables but the backfill around them.  

Marais ST2 can cut 52” deep and up to 20” wide, ideal for power and gas distribution
