Our System
The essence of the system is the application of a protective wrap in a continuous wrapping process using our patented wrapping machine. Two types of OEM wrapping material are available a 1000-gram non-woven geotextile and a PE-mesh shield. Our goal is to offer our clients superior cable protection solutions that adds value to their projects.
§ Requires less staff, materials handling, equipment, vehicle traffic and fuel consumption
§ Avoids cost and environmental impact of sand bedding, which is traditionally quarried, processed and transported to site.
§ Wrapping provides higher quality protection, improving performance and operations life cycle, which allows for optimal electrical transit through efficient heat dissipation.
§ In a Trefoil configuration, the cables are continuously secured in position without the requirement for additional banding/zip-ties.
