  Our “patent pending” wrapping machine installs a continuous protective geotextile fabric consistently around pipes or cables. Three types of OEM wrapping material are currently available depending on the severity of the native backfill material: 

1000-gram non-woven (breathable) geotextile fabric 

PE-mesh shield

Bonded geotextile fabric to the PE mesh shield for high-impact ground conditions such as cobble. 

Wrapping utilities can eliminate the need for sand bedding or screening native material

When wrapping cables or conduits it can be directly backfilled even in unsuitable or rocky material with sufficient protection from damage or puncture after compaction 

When cable wrapping the machine bundles cables in a secured Trefoil configuration and eliminates the need for conduit or zip-ties.

Over 1,500 miles have been wrapped globally with 0 faults or anomalies.
